This Privacy Policy explains how Appfusionutilities (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile application ID Photo (the “App”). We built ID Photo to be private by design: your photos are processed entirely on your device.
The App is published by Appfusionutilities. If you have any questions about this policy or your privacy, contact us at info@appfusionutilities.com.
ID Photo is designed to operate without collecting personal information. Specifically:
To create an ID photo, the App needs your permission to use one or both of the following:
You control these permissions at any time in the iOS Settings → Privacy & Security (and Settings → ID Photo). Images you select or capture are processed in memory and on-device; we do not transmit them to us.
When you create a photo, the App may save the finished image and a small history record (such as the document type and date) in the App’s private storage on your device. This data is not accessible to us. You can delete history items inside the App, and deleting the App removes all of its locally stored data.
ID Photo offers an optional “Pro” subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store using your Apple ID. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple may share with us limited, non-identifying information needed to deliver the service (for example, whether a subscription is currently active). Apple’s handling of your purchase is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
The App does not include third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. If you have enabled “Share With App Developers” in your iOS settings, Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymized crash and usage statistics through App Store Connect. This information does not identify you and does not include your photos. You can turn this off in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
If you choose to export, print (AirPrint), save as PDF, or share a photo using the iOS share sheet, your image is sent to the destination you select (for example, a printer, another app, or a contact). That action is initiated by you, and the receiving service’s own privacy practices then apply.
ID Photo is a general-purpose utility and is not directed to children. The App’s baby/child mode is intended for a parent or guardian to create an ID photo of a child; we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not collect personal information, no such information about a child is transmitted to us.
Because your content and history are stored locally, retention is in your control. Photos and history remain on your device until you delete them or remove the App. We do not hold copies.
Your photos benefit from iOS’s built-in app sandboxing and device security features. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, but keeping processing on-device materially reduces exposure compared with cloud-based services.
Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information. Because we do not collect or hold your personal information on our servers, the most direct way to exercise these rights is to manage or delete data within the App and your device. If you believe we hold information about you, contact us at info@appfusionutilities.com and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.
The App runs on your device wherever you are. Apple processes purchases and app distribution globally under its own terms and safeguards.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide notice within the App or on this page. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
